Talk Like a Pirate!

1

Since International Talk Like a Pirate Day is Sept 19, let’s do our own Pirate Themed event! Time to show off those Pirate outfits at Pirate’s Dinner Adventure !

Guests will enjoy an astonishing display of special effects, aerial artistry, swashbuckling swordplay and dynamic duels while enjoying a delicious, four-course feast, fit for a Pirate King! The action is set aboard an 18th Century Spanish galleon adrift in a 250, 000- gallon lagoon. Our talented crew makes this show possible with brilliant actors, singers and stunt performers. Lads, lasses and scallywags of all ages don costumes to bring the adventure to life. Up to 150 volunteers participate in this epic production, truly making it the “World’s Most Interactive Dinner Show!” You won’t want to miss this adventure of a lifetime, so come ready to laugh, cheer, and sing along with the show!

CGW members will be making a group reservation at the venue. Ticket sales will end on September 8, to ensure that CGW members get the best seats.

Costume Suggestions:
Costume Suggestions: Costumes are not required but, as this is a family-based show, anything with a pirate theme that is not too revealing will be great! The show is set in (what appears to be) late 18th century but wide skirts, panniers etc. will be difficult to accommodate.  Further costuming suggestions will be in Squeals. Any weapons included with the costume must be obviously plastic or foam.
