About Christina Walley:

Christina Walley loves researching and recreating historical clothing to wear at reenactments, dance events, and anywhere else she finds the opportunity! From her first feeble attempts at sewing in grade school, to complete historically based ensembles in the past few years, she has been enjoying the lifelong process of learning to costume. Last year she started researching and recreating 18th century clothing for American Revolutionary War events, and it is quickly becoming one of her favorite eras! She has made 3 different styles of caps that can be made from simple shapes, using a small selection of hand sewing techniques, to create an authentic period look.
