CGW Event: Medieval Times Dinner

gallery_img12_horses_thumbFor the last few years, it has been a fantasy of mine to make a trip to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament in Buena Park wearing period-appropriate garb.  The time is now! For our trip back in history, be you lord or serf, all are welcome. Come and join the feasting as we cheer our favorite to victory.

castle_buenapark2For those of you who, like me, have not yet visited Medieval Times Buena Park Castle, you are in for a treat! According to an old Westways Magazine article, the Medieval Times castle is an 11th century Spanish replica, the beginning of the High Middle Ages.  For the single price of admission you will be entertained with a live jousting tournament, awe-inspiring horsemanship, and noble falconry as we dine on a four-course meal fit for royalty.
