Costumer’s Guild West Outreach programs covers most of the times when we go out into the community. This includes fan tables at conventions, the costume competition at the Los Angeles County Fair, awarding Costume College Scholarships at convention masquerades, and costume repair at local conventions, masquerades competitions, and balls.
